Personal Assistant to the Executive Director

OVERVIEW

I'm looking for a part-time personal assistant to help with a variety of tasks for my personal life as well as the business. It would be flexible hours, but ideally, someone who can work for 12-15 hours per week scheduled across 2-3 days.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

I am busy running NAV and often just inundated with things, and can't be very productive without help! I have ADHD, and I find that without help I can’t handle everything for my house and the office along with working 50+ hours while NAV is in our "busy season".

My partner, Brent, and I live in South Eugene and my office is near downtown. We have 2 cats at home, and 2 corgis that come with me to the office every day. We also travel from time to time and want a reliable pet/house sitter for those occasions - ideally someone who knows our routine!

DAILY TASKS

Some tasks I'm swamped on right now tend to fall into 3 easy categories:

  • Daily tasks that I can delegate to free up my time so I can work more:

    • general errand running (like shopping for groceries, office supplies, pet supplies- too many stores to do online ordering for all)

    • housekeeping/cleaning at home and office

    • small office and home organization tasks

    • meal prep

  • Occasional office tasks

    • uploading files, organizing records, charging and organizing equipment (we have a lot of camera equipment, etc)

  • Pet tasks

    • pet meal prep/organization

    • helping with dog walks

    • help with training homework (we're working on integrating Sam, our new rescue corgi, with our previous pup, Lucy, and so there is a lot of homework we have to do from our training appointments 2x weekly with both dogs individually)
