The Challenge

Pandita is a local taqueria with a fusion twist and a minibar in Eugene, Oregon. They asked us to revamp their social media to appeal to wider audiences while maintaining their well-established brand voice and aesthetic for their loyal fanbase.

The Solution

We collaborated with Pandita to determine the aspects of their brand that resonate the most with their loyal customers. We found that the “Pandita vibe” was a big appeal for the restaurant’s existing patrons. So to maintain that draw, we simply polished the look of their social media and focused on highlighting their food quality and locally sourced ingredients in addition to posting the event graphics and menu images that their customer base expects.

The Executions

Over a three-month period, we created captivating photography and videography for Pandita’s menu and social media that showcased the vibrancy of their food and community. We paired high-quality menu photos with black-and-white images of events and the Pandita family for a strong community feeling. The goal was to draw attention to the quality ingredients in the menu photos and make the lifestyle photos more subtle, with a “candid at a party” feel that makes customers want to engage with Pandita events.

Our menu images for online ordering and social media featured a branded yellow backdrop and we captured all dishes from above and at a 45 degree angle.

Pandita’s social media posts featured food photography, branded graphics, and black and white event and family photos for a vintage party feel.

Instagram Reels featuring the process and local flair behind the food and drinks made at Pandita.
